Douglas Collision Management is built on strong family values, with a proud history that began in 1966 when Kevin Douglas started the business. Today, Kevin’s son David and grandson Justin run the workshop as a dedicated father-and-son team — true second and third generation panel beaters. Born and bred in Townsville and deeply invested in the community, Justin proudly continues his dad and grandfather’s legacy, carrying on the family tradition of helping locals get back on the road with care and confidence.

Whether it’s panel beating, spray painting, smash repairs or logbook servicing, we offer a full range of vehicle repair and maintenance under one roof. Our team is trained in all areas of car care, including mechanical repairs, heating and cooling system work, and more.
